This stuff really works….from the inside out! I just take two capsules a day after breakfast with a glass of water. The capsules smell very healthy and natural, not like chemicals. I’ve only been taking this for about seven weeks and I am truly amazed. I’ll turn 70 in a few months and it doesn’t seem quite so scary!!
