Unfortunately we are not able to process returns from our retail partners, etailers, or 3rd party resellers. These returns will need to be processed at the original place of purchase. When you purchase from these retailers you are committing to their return and refund policies and procedures.

Be sure to retain your bottles/jars, as they must be returned to receive a complete refund.

How do I start a return?

To initiate your return, please submit the online form on or contact our customer service team. You can reach them via email at [email protected] or call us at 1-877-828-5528.

Our call center is open Mon–Fri 6AM-5PM PST and Sat–Sun 6AM-4PM PST.

How does the return process work?

If submit your return form within the money-back guarantee period, you will receive a return authorization number (“RA #”) and shipping instructions for your return. Your RA # and shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.


You will also receive a form which you will need to print out and include in your return shipment. On this form you must include your RA # in order for us to process your refund. Any shipments that do not contain a return form or RA # will NOT be refunded and will be destroyed.


Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning your product(s). Your refund will be processed once your returned product(s) has arrived at our shipping facility.

When will I see a refund?

Once your order is returned to our warehouse and processed by our team, you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
