• ​Eligibility​: The Beverly Hills MD® December 2024 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Winners acknowledge that if they enter the Sweepstakes using a fraudulent name or account, they will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Employees of Beverly Hills MD, LLC (“BHMD”), and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to win, nor are members of such employees’ immediate families. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, domestic partners, children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren.
• ​Sweepstakes Period​: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 6, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

• Winner Selection​: One (1) winner will be selected at random on January 14, 2025. The winner will be contacted by email within five (5) business days following the close of the Promotion Period. If the winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, BHMD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either select an alternate winner or not award that winner’s prize. BHMD’s decisions regarding all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners are final.
• ​Prize: One (1) prize for the winner is available for the Sweepstakes:
  • One (1) virtual skin assessment conducted with Dr. Layke and Dr. Danielpour. The virtual skin assessment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The winner is required to fill out a questionnaire to help ensure that the most appropriate product recommendations can be made based on the winners individual needs. The recommended selection of Beverly Hills MD product(s) will not exceed a total value of approximately $300.00. Company reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event an original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Company’s control. • Choice of Law​: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Los Angeles County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes.
• ​Miscellaneous Conditions​: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, in addition to Instagram®’s Terms of Use. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States. Sweepstakes entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified.
