What are Luxe Loyalty rewards points?
For every dollar you spend on products, you will receive 1 Loyalty Rewards point that is the equivalent to $0.10 (U.S. dollars). For example, if you purchase products worth $100, you will receive 100 Loyalty Rewards points that is equal to $10.00! There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn.
Your Loyalty Rewards points can be redeemed during your checkout experience, where you will find the Loyalty Rewards field next to the Coupon Code section. You can use Loyalty Rewards points in increments of 5 points at a time. If the purchase is less than the amount of Loyalty Rewards applied to your order, you will only be able to apply as many points as the cost of the purchase. If the number of points input is not an increment of 5, used points will be rounded down to the nearest increment.
We encourage you to redeem your points often so that you get to experience the full benefits of our Luxe Loyalty Rewards program. While you may opt not to use points towards a purchase, please note that any unused points will expire after 6 months.

Who started Beverly Hills MD?
John Layke and Payman Danielpour first met in medical school and quickly became best friends. After completing their residencies, their friendship led them back to Payman’s hometown of Beverly Hills, where they co-founded the world-renowned Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group.

When will my Beverly Hills MD order arrive?
For in-stock products, you can expect U.S. orders to arrive within approximately 2-7 business days, while international orders typically arrive within 14-28 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. orders under $150, shipping is $4.95. Shipping for all international orders is $9.95.
How do I view the status of my order?
To view your order status, sign in to your Luxe Loyalty account and navigate to “My Recent Orders,” then “Reorder and View Order Details,” then “Status.”
You can also view the status of your order through your order confirmation email, or by contacting our customer service team.

What is Subscribe + Save?

With Subscribe + Save, you can sign up for automatic shipments of your favorite BHMD formulas.
This ensures you get the deepest possible savings, while securing a consistent monthly delivery of the products you love. Even when a particular formula is marked out of stock on our website, we ensure there’s enough inventory to fulfill our Subscribe + Save orders.
Signing up is easy. When placing your order, simply click the “Subscribe + Save” option when selecting the number of bottles you wish to purchase, then click “Add to Bag.”
After you enroll in a subscription plan, you will receive an order confirmation that contains information about your subscription plan and how to cancel. Your subscription will continue unless you cancel — which you may do at any time.
There is no purchase minimum or commitment to purchase, and there are no early cancellation fees.
You may customize your subscription frequency, update billing info, or view and track your orders by creating a Luxe Loyalty account and navigating to the “Subscription Management” option on your homepage.

What is the return policy for Beverly Hills MD products?

How do I start a return?

Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning your product(s). Once your order is returned to our warehouse and processed by our team, you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.

How does the return process work?
If you submit your return form within the money-back guarantee period, you will receive a return authorization number (“RA #”) and shipping instructions for your return. Your RA # and shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.
You will also receive a form which you will need to print out and include in your return shipment. On this form you must include your RA # in order for us to process your refund. Any shipments that do not contain a return form or RA # will NOT be refunded and will be destroyed.

How can I find the expiration date?
You can easily locate our PAO (Period After Opening) labels on the back of each product’s packaging, near the barcode:
This number tells you how many months a product remains effective after opening. Beyond this period, the product may begin to degrade and lose its potency. We recommend using your products before this time to ensure they are most effective. Generally, our products are good for up to three years if unopened and up to twelve months once opened.
What's the best way to layer BHMD formulas?
When it comes to the order in which to use your products, it’s always best to start with your cleanser, followed by toner, serums, light oils, moisturizer, and lastly SPF. If you use multiple serums, always apply from thinnest consistency to thickest consistency, allowing 1 minute between each application for optimal absorption.
Are BHMD formulas certified non-comedogenic?
While none of our products are certified non-comedogenic, all our formulas are formulated specifically to avoid clogged pores or breakouts.
The product I want to order is out of stock. How will I know when it's back?
